2. Once we’ve gotten in contact, we’ll need to collect information from you. We have an introductory questionnaire located here that will provide us with most of the information that we need. You can send us the answers to these questions over the web form, through an e-mail, over Skype, or over the telephone.
3. After we have collected our preliminary information, our team of tax experts will review your situation and determine if any more information or documentation is necessary. We will contact you using your preferred method of contact to obtain the information.
4. When one of our tax experts has completed your tax preparation, another member of our team will review everything to ensure quality and accuracy.
5. When all of the work is completed, we will deliver the tax return to you and to the IRS. We will deliver the materials whichever way you prefer – printed copies through FedEx or DHL, e-mail, secure server exchange, dropbox, or fax.
