Pay Your Invoice

If you do not want to pay your invoice via the credit card link you received in your email, you may pay via any of these methods. Please contact your staff preparer and the tax manager assigned to your account (Ross Lustman or Jaime Murray) with a copy of the proof of payment if you wish to pay using one of these methods.

Payment by Zelle/E-Pay/Easy Pay From a US Bank

Please make payment to frontdesk@ustaxinternational.org, and include the invoice number in the memo line.

E-Mailing a Check drawn on a U.S. Bank

Please make check payable to: US TAX GROUP, INC, On the back of the check, write “For Deposit Only”
Use your phone to take 2 pictures of the check, 1 of the front and 1 of the back
E-mail both pictures to frontdesk@ustaxinternational.org

Bank Transfer in Costa Rica

Please Note: All payments made via bank transfer in Costa Rica will be subject to a 13% national sales tax. If you wish to pay your invoice via bank transfer anyways, please contact your preparer to adjust the invoice to include this amount. After adjusting the invoice, your tax preparer will send you the Costa Rican bank account information.
